Sean is an accomplished negotiation professional based in Sheffield, England with a willingness to travel globally. Sean has held senior roles in sales and sales leadership throughout his career, securing and negotiating multi million pound and multi-year services agreements with both Private Enterprises and Public Bodies. Sean has been involved in a number of successful, corporate restructuring exercises, where his unique people skills enabled disparate teams and individuals to come together as a team, focused on future success. As a facilitator, Sean brings practical experience and good humour, with a focus on achieving beneficial, long term results.

 

Experience

Sean has negotiated multi million-pound, multiyear service contracts with a wide range of Publically quoted companies in Europe, including names such as Barclays Bank and Asda / Walmart and Public Sector Bodies such as the Scottish Government.

Sean started his own Consultancy Practice in 2013 so that he could share his knowledge and practical experience to the wider profession. His clients always compliment him on his ability to explain concepts in a very understandable way and illustrate them with his own practical experience and examples.

Qualifications

Sean has a Bachelor’s degree in French and Management Studies from the University of Leeds, is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management. Sean was a Petrie Award Finalist for the Chartered Management Institute Diploma examinations.

Sean is certified and experienced in multiple first-class methodologies, including ENS, Miller Heiman, Sales Funnel.

However, Sean believes that qualifications are just the entrance ticket. People say that his greatest capabilities are in people skills, developing a lifelong hunger for acquiring knowledge and inspiring people to achieve beyond their wildest dreams.
