Philip Wade is a Negotiation + Influencing strategist who empowers people to maximise the value of all their interactions. His energetic style, diverse experience and ability to help people get results, make him highly sought after by ENS clients all over the world.
Philip has over 20 years corporate and NGO experience. He has worked across diverse verticals including; financial services, sales, business development and even the film industry.
Prior to ENS, Philip co-founded a boutique business development consultancy, was stockbroking at Australia’s top ranked Ord Minnett, and was in a management role with the private investment bank of JP Morgan Chase.
In these roles, Philip designed & executed highly successful sales and client acquisition campaigns, as well as developed and nurtured many high value relationships. This was underpinned by his ability to influence and negotiate with some of the regions most influential business leaders and high net worth individuals.
Philip has coached executives in Influencing + Negotiating, and managed capability development programs, across Europe, North & South America and also Asia for some of ENS’ largest global clients. This has given Philip practical experience in many industries and environments including pharmaceutical, property services, financial services, mining, industrial, manufacturing, as well as the public sector.
