Jaime is an industrial engineer with more than 20 years of international experience in negotiation. He has held senior positions in top tier companies, where he has led influencing teams, customers and suppliers looking for the best outcomes.
Gary has worked throughout every continent (except Antarctica) and so is also ideally placed to advise on cross-cultural aspects to encourage the other party to behave in the way you want them to.
Most of his experience has been in B2B, leading negotiations with top companies around the world, as a customer or supplier. He has lead negotiation teams throughout Latin America, Middle East, Russia among other international locations.
Jaime believes that every movement in life, in both personal and professional, is a constant negotiation, based on how we are influenced or how we influence each other, consciously or unconsciously.
From an early age Jaime loved to ask questions, today he finds questions as a very powerful tool to understand the needs from the other side, and structure the most accurate answer, proposal or solution for the other party.
Since 2006 Jaime has been training people in negotiation and influencing, all around Latin America.
