Heino has assisted many renowned companies to achieve better sales and negotiation results. The improvement of sales processes and enhancing influencing and negotiation effectiveness is always the focus of Heino’s work. He has provided many commercial training courses for FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) companies, financial service providers, ICT (information and communication technology) companies, consultancy firms, marketing agencies, recruitment and selection companies, NGOs, facility management and logistical service providers.
Heino Hovingh worked in the FMCG sector for companies like Coca-Cola, for Compass in the Food Service & Facility Management industry, in Czech Republic for a Danone company and for financials like AXA. He worked his way up through several sales jobs to Director Sales & Marketing on as well a national as European levels. Heino did successfully lead pitches, sales teams and organisations in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and East-European countries.
Heino is an expert lecturer in the field of negotiation at the Institute of Sales and Account Management at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and INSEAD Fontainebleau. He is personally responsible for his clients multiplying their close ratios, winning major deals and coaching negotiation teams. He uses the powerful processes and tools of ENS for influencing and negotiation capability development.
