Guy is a negotiation and influencing strategist. He is an energetic and charismatic consultant using his business experience and openness, he creates a safe haven for participants to try, fail and learn. The objective is that people truly learn, often through unlearning certain habits and patterns and in order to change their behavior for the better. Guy truly enjoys being contacted by a participant weeks after the workshop to enthusiastically be told they have implemented a successful negotiation intervention in real life. This is what it’s all about for Guy.
Guy built up his experience in the ICT sector in which he held many senior management positions. His key strength is to recognise and build highly professional and motivated teams, enabling them to be successful in the challenging and always changing environment at companies like Philips, GTS and COLT.
With a MBA in Change Management, Guy has a special interest in how people change their behavior. To help people and companies to improve their results in negotiation, we need to help changing behavior of individuals and teams. By creating a safe environment to practice, to work on self-confidence and by post-training implementation and coaching, we continue where others stop.
