David Marchant is an experienced negotiation consultant and facilitator of ENS programs.
David improves negotiation outcomes for organisations by helping them develop core organisational competence in negotiation and influencing, and by helping them plan and develop negotiation strategies.
David brings a unique blend of professional and commercial experience to empowering his client’s negotiation capabilities, having held CEO, COO and CFO positions in a variety of organisations and industries, and having consulted to both commercial and government clients.
Experience
Prior to joining ENS, David specialised in corporate turnarounds and start-ups (including being co-founder of one start-up that now employs more than 2,500 people in Australia and New Zealand), and has worked in Australia, Europe, United States and South America.
Specialist Focus
David has a special interest in working with organisations to help them develop ‘negotiation and influencing’ as a core competency so that they can realise sustainable benefit and advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies from Sheffield University
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales
