David Cromwell has practiced consulting on negotiation and conflict resolution for over 30 years. He conducts skills development programs and consults to a wide range of clients within Australia and globally. His approach is insightful, robust, and practical. His primary focus is to enable individuals, teams, and organisations to achieve optimal outcomes when they negotiate.
Before joining ENS in 1995, David held senior management positions in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Organisational Change & Employee Relations. He manages his own consulting business focusing on improving negotiation outcomes and leadership effectiveness.
David has wide and in-depth practical experience in Employee Relations, Enterprise Bargaining, high stakes commercial negotiations, leadership, and optimising team performance. He conducts executive coaching and works within Australia and globally.
BA with major in Psychology. Post Graduate qualifications in Organisational Development and Change Management. Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy
He has published papers on ‘Authenticity in Leadership’, ‘Leadership and Organisational Influence’, ‘The Leader as Learner’. ‘Optimising Team Performance’.
