Marniek started his career as a Quality Assurance Manager and worked his way up to Sales Director and then Head of Operations. In this senior role he was responsible for over 10,000 employees, where he learnt how to influence people and create a positive mindset for all his staff. His vast commercial experience, in combination with his strengths and training skills, makes him very effective for many customers.


With more than 20 years senior management experience in organizations such as Coca-Cola Enterprises and Jumbo Supermarkets, Marniek brings a depth of experience, as both a producer and a retailer, understanding the many challenges faced in the FMCG industry.

Specialist Focus

Relationship building is one of Marniek’s many strengths. As a facilitator and coach he encourages his clients to bring out the best in themselves and uses the powerful ENS processes and tools to develop their influencing and negotiation capabilities.


Holds a BA in Management and is also accredited with Ray Leone’s Sales Funnel®. A keen skier and sportsman, Marniek has a zest for life which is contagious.
