Drew is an accomplished consultant and trainer adept in applying negotiation and influencing insights in Government, Defence, Defence Contractor, Project and technologically dependent enterprises. With his Navy and Defence background he has worked in engineering, project and strategic leadership roles, including vital reforms and stakeholder engagement programs. He brings multidisciplinary expertise to developing robust strategies for better negotiation outcomes. Many commercial and commonwealth clients have benefited from his insights and needs-focussed approach.
Drew completed over 34 years RAN service before joining ENS International, and has remained an RAN Reserve Commodore for over 9 years, supporting projects and seaworthiness. At ENSI, he has supported Australian and New Zealand Government agencies, Defence and a number of Government and Defence contractors.
Drew is a keen sporting aviator, instructor and weather-watcher with interests in strategic and national issues. He is on the Board of the Institute for Regional Security and the Gliding Federation of Australia. He also runs tastings as the ACT Manager of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
