Annie is a negotiation strategy consultant and international executive coach, working with both individuals and groups to help them achieve better outcomes.
She is passionate about people and believes that we always have choice to make the best decisions we can and achieve better outcomes for ourselves and others.
Annie’s collaborative style and effective communication skills enable her to positively influence individuals and organisations to resolve conflicts and deliver improved outcomes.
Annie has a corporate career of over 25 years, having held both senior roles and two board positons. Her previous positions include Regional Director of Housing and Principle Consultant for the largest IT services company in the UK. She works with multinational organisations across many sectors, bringing a breadth and depth to her work for the benefit of her clients.
Annie’s research and work has caused her to focus on emotional intelligence and behavioural psychology. This has resulted in powerful interactions with clients bringing greater self awareness and control of self and others. “Getting what we want is a driver for us all, I enable clients to get more of this more often”. She has a special interest and focus on influence and conflict in the corporate world and has positively influenced both internal and external negotiations.
