Global Negotiation Management Consultant / Business Development

If you are an experienced and commercially astute Management Consultant with the ability and desire to lead, inspire and motivate others and have the following attributes, we want to hear from you:

  • 10+ years’ commercial experience at a senior executive level (commercially savvy/excellent business insight)
  • Highly developed critical thinking capability, analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to breakdown and frame strategic problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication at the Executive level
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence senior stakeholders – providing support and coaching
  • Provide support to our leadership team with business development capability and industry thought leadership
  • Extensive successful business development experience in a solution and consultative sales process
  • Successful track record of winning new business and expanding existing client engagements
  • Proven ability to develop, negotiate and manage complex arrangements
  • A strong leader, with a high level of EQ who is open to new ways of working
  • A passion for negotiation and the ability to share these skills with clients in an advisory and training capacity
  • Ability to proactively manage expectations and minimize bureaucratic processes
  • Customer focused and intellectually curious with a drive to delivering outcomes

About the role

As an ENSI Negotiation Consultant, your main purpose is seek out and build client relationships, truly understand their organisational needs,secure new business, expertly deliver our leading Negotiation and Influencing Workshops, provide negotiation advice to our clients and generate new business by building relationships and engendering trust. You will be responsible for advising on complex negotiations for clients and act as the lead for engagements. Developing negotiation strategies, providing contractual and business advice and communicating risks.
