Terms and Conditions for Daily Competitions:
1.1. The daily competition, is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, representatives, or agents of the PEF, ENS, EdventureCo or Lumify, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
- Competition Period:
2.1. The competition will run daily from 8 August to 9 August.
2.2. Each competition day begins at 10 AM local time and ends at 5 PM local time.
- How to Enter:
3.1. Participants can enter the competition QR code, submitting their name and email address on the competition website or submitting a business card to stand staff.
3.2. Only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person on the same day will be disqualified.
4.1. The prizes for each day of the competition are:
– A place on an ENS Module 1 Professional Negotiation and Influencing course on the public schedule worth $2,675.00 ex GST
– A place on an ENS SOCIAL STYLE ® course worth $1,200 ex GST
4.2. The prizes include the workshop fee and any materials provided during the workshop.
4.3. The prize does not cover any additional costs, such as travel, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses not explicitly mentioned as part of the prize.
- Winner Selection:
5.1. The winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received during the respective competition day.
5.2. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the competition day via the contact information provided during entry.
5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial notification, or if the winner fails to comply with these terms and conditions, an alternate winner may be selected at the organiser’s discretion.
- Workshop Booking and Attendance:
6.1. The winners must book and attend the workshops or courses before December 30, 2023.
6.2. Workshop availability is subject to course schedules, availability, and any prerequisites specified by the workshop provider.
6.3. The winner is responsible for making their own travel, accommodation, and other necessary arrangements to attend the workshop.
6.4. The workshop provider reserves the right to modify or cancel the workshop, in which case the winner will be provided with a reasonable alternative workshop.
6.5. If the winner is unable to attend the workshop within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited at the organiser’s discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions:
7.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
7.2. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
7.3. By entering the competition, participants grant the organiser the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.4. The organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition, including the selection of the winner, is final and binding.
7.5. The organiser assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays that may occur during the competition period.
8.1. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition, and delivering the prize and will include access to the ENS monthly newsletter and marketing.
By participating in the daily competition, participants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
