ENS International has pioneered the way people think about influencing and negotiating by introducing a world-class self-analysis tool to identify the personal negotiation and influencing capabilities of individuals.
Our Negotiation and Influencing Profile is an innovative, online, self-completion diagnostic. It takes about 15 minutes and produces a rich and insightful profile of the skills of the individual negotiator.
Individuals are compared against a benchmark of 20 different negotiation and influencing attributes. Results are set out in a simple, easy-to-understand scorecard format which can be downloaded by respondents and summarised into organisational overviews.
Profiles may be undertaken individually or in 360 degrees.
