Join ENS - access the ENS network of expertise

Our Workshop Leader and Consultant Development Program equips consultants and facilitators to deliver our proven, rigorous methodologies in negotiation and influencing.

Each facilitator gains intensive hands-on exposure to ENS materials and negotiation techniques in a five-day workshop.

Once completed, facilitators operate in supervised practice under a mentoring system, where a senior, highly experienced ENS practitioner guides the practical delivery skills of the newly-minted consultant.

Each new facilitator is required to undertake several weeks of face-to-face facilitation time before being able to lead a workshop. Rigour and discipline of this nature creates a sustainable advantage for ENS and an assurance of quality outcomes for our clients.
