David has over 25 years of experience in improving influencing and negotiation capabilities with a wide range of organisations. He has worked in the public and private sectors, with both product and service based companies in Australia and internationally.
David’s early background was with banking, energy and manufacturing industries. He has extensive consulting experience in effective leadership, team development and improving professional selling capabilities. His work provides skills training and facilitation on major projects, as well as individual coaching and assistance with senior management groups.
David specialises in enterprise agreement negotiations between management and union representatives, with the aim of achieving constructive outcomes for both sides and building productive relationships for the future.
He lectures at both management training institutes and as part of Swinburne University MBA programmes, and works extensively in the international arena.
